Job summary

RCBC is seeking a qualified professional in Manila to design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB products for online channels supporting Cash & Trade Management Services. You will work with GTB divisions, CBG, RBG and branch teams to tailor solutions that fit client needs and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include product development, pricing, marketing, and training, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in banking, product development, business, IT or accounting.
• Experience in banking, IT or product development is preferred but not required.
• Adequate knowledge in IT applications related to system customization/interface.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTB divisions, CBG, RBG and RCBC RM's to determine client cash management requirements.
• Develop and design banking products to fit client needs across industries/market segments.
• Map client requirements to existing bank solutions and the bank's operating system.
• Monitor profitability and client response to deployed solutions.
• Support product development with information to make feasible and competitive products.
• Establish competitive and profitable pricing models.
• Orchestrate marketing materials/promotions to drive revenue.
• Conduct product trainings for GTB divisions, CBG RM's and RCBC Branch Marketing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Handle enrollments and administration setup for customers with their chosen e-channel platforms.

Job Summary

• Task to handle Projects to design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB Products, specifically online channels for both Cash & Trade Management Services (C&T). Launch of new or enhanced products are tools needed to maximize profits, deepen banking relations and to increase CASA volumes as the primary selling or cross-sell strategy in line with RCBC’s business objectives
  

How will you contribute?

• Works closely with:
• o Other GTB Divisions, CBG, RBG and Branch Relationship Managers to determine client's cash management requirement/s
• o Develops and designs products that will fit client's needs to be taken as a general solution to cater to several industries/market segments
• Maps client's requirement/s with:
• o The existing solutions being offered by the bank
• o The bank's operating system
• Monitors profitability and client's response to the solution offered
• Obtains information to:
• o Support product development efforts to make feasible & competitive products
• o Establish competitive and profitable pricing models
• o Orchestrate/design effective marketing materials/promotions to drive revenue
• Conducts product training/briefings to other GTB Divisions, CBG RM's and RCBC Branch Marketing Personnel.
• Understands and complies to all applicable internal policies and government laws and regulations.
• Performs enrollments and administration set-up to enable customers with their chosen e-channel platform/s.
  

What will make you successful?

• - 4-Year College Degree preferably with Banking, Product Development, Business, IT or Accounting-related courses
• Not necessary but preferably with experience in Banking, IT or Product Development
• - Adequate knowledge in IT-applications specific for system customization/interface. May have product development/marketing in the field of business or banking
