Job summary

RCBC is seeking a proactive professional to manage projects that design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB products, focusing on online channels for Cash & Trade Management Services. The role targets profit growth, deeper banking relations, and increasing CASA volumes through robust product strategies.

You will work with GTB divisions, CBG, RBG and branch managers to tailor banking solutions, map client needs to current offerings, and shape pricing and marketing initiatives while ensuring

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in banking, product development, business, IT or accounting related fields.
• Experience in banking, IT or product development is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of IT applications for system customization or interface work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB products and online channels for C&T.
• Collaborate with GTB divisions, CBG, RBG and RM teams to determine client cash management needs.
• Develop product solutions and pricing models aligned with bank OS and existing offerings.
• Produce marketing materials and promotions to drive revenue and CASA growth.
• Provide product trainings to GTB divisions, CBG RMs and RCBC branch marketing staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
