Job summary

Primus@Knowledge Specialist Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead telecom deployment projects from pre-sales through execution.

You will coordinate bids, design solutions, manage budget, schedule, and quality, and control risks to meet client targets. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to oversee site surveys, tower upgrades, power upg, and transmission activities, ensuring site readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in telecom equipment deployment or construction.
• Familiar with site survey, site acquisition, tower and power upgrades, and telecom equipment implementation.
• PM methodologies and local construction regulations knowledge; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in pre-sales.
• Identify and control risks; manage delivery per plan, budget, and quality.
• Execute projects within budget and drive profitability.
• Develop project governance and reporting; communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor engineers and subcontractors to improve delivery capability.
• Manage end-to-end civil works from site survey to site readiness for telecom equipment.

Job Description:

1. Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in order to ensure the delivery feasibility during pre-sales phase
2. Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, and quality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.
3. (1) Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, be responsible for the result of project profitability
4. (2) Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keep proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
5. (3) Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.
6. (4) Manage civil work end to end construction, from site survey, site acquisition, tower upgrade, power upgrade and transmission as well as other processes related to site readiness to support telecom equipment implementation

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• 3+ yrs project management experience in telecom equipment deployment or construction. Familiar with site survey, site acquisition, tower upgrade, power upgrade and transmission as well as telecom equipment implementation

• Prefer to have, not required: PMP Certification or Engineer Certification in local or international institution

• Project management methodologies, MEP construction site management. Well understand the Philippine’s local construction regulations, including but not limited to work permit.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (such as team building ,conflict management, cross culture management)

• Have excellent skill and knowledge to lead project team to achieve the project target (no less than 20 person in project team) as well as managing all stakeholders to support site readiness
