Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an Implementation Manager / Project Manager focused on delivering telecommunications projects across Metro Manila.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning, manage subcontractors, and ensure client satisfaction and business targets are met. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required.

Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and project management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager or Implementation Manager role within telecommunications.
• Hands-on experience in transport network deployment including IPRAN, DWDM, and Fiber Optic projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed network implementation projects as a National or Regional Project Manager.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates during customer meetings.
