Job summary

The VITO Group in the Philippines is seeking a diligent Import/Export Support specialist to ensure accurate BOC documentation for monthly VAT reporting and timely processing of CAIP and Non-VAT importations. The role involves coordinating with brokers, stakeholders, and planners to maintain master lists and billing accuracy.

Monday to Friday, onsite position offering room for growth in logistics and compliance, with emphasis on proactive problem solving and clear communication within the Impex

Qualifications

• BS Customs Administration graduate or related business course.
• Experience in import–export operations, logistics, or similar role is valuable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide accurate BOC documents for importations for monthly VAT reporting.
• Monitor incoming shipments/POs, coordinate with stakeholders, and hand over documents to brokers.
• Timely application of CAIP and Non-VAT importations following FPA regulation.
• Custodian of source documents (permits, contracts, licenses).
• Support Planner with processing/ordering of packaging and delivery.

• Assist & provide accurate BOC documents for importations for monthly VAT reporting
• Monitor incoming shipments/POs, coordinate with stakeholders, hand over documents to brokers
• Monitor incoming shipments/POs, coordinate with stakeholders, hand over documents to brokers
• Timely application of CAIP & Non-VAT importations following FPA regulation
• Custodian of source documents (import/export permits, contracts, licenses)
• Support Planner (processing/ordering of packaging/delivery)
• Timely monitoring & updating of import/export masterlist and stakeholder communications
• Assist in monitoring billing invoices of suppliers for timely payment
• Provide reports about import/export shipments as required
• Provide SCM support as needed
• Assist & provide accurate BOC documents for importations (CP, Rice Seeds, etc.) for monthly VAT reporting
