Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Currently pursuing or completed studies in relevant disciplines.
• Experience in facilitation, mentoring, education, coaching, research, or community work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and facilitating IFD and Purpose Design sessions and support facilitators.
• Build strong relationships with participants and act as a point of contact.
• Conduct research to strengthen facilitation practices and program development.
• Capture insights and maintain clear documentation; support cross‑initiative coordination.
