Job summary

Surallah Biogas Ventures Corp. is seeking a Safety Officer to implement and monitor ESH programs within manufacturing, energy, or corporate facilities. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and proactive safety management.

You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety trainings, while driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Completion of the 40-hour BOSH training.
• 2–5 years of related experience in manufacturing, construction, power, or corporate facilities.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and environmental laws.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in preparing reports, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, PEZA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Organize safety training, emergency response drills, and employee awareness programs.
• Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and pollution control.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and maintain ESH documentation.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
