Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Math, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Statistics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, theories, and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration with local and international counterparts.
• Familiarity with proxy advisory guidelines and voting policies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate governance projects including share request modeling, pay ratio analysis, pay for performance calculation, dilution and run rate equity benchmarking, and ESG data research.
• Review equity compensation plans for public companies.
• Investigate and analyze competitive governance and compensation practices by industry sector.
• Help build and maintain compensation and financial databases as needed.
• Contribute to client deliverables by managing and checking own work and that of others.
• Participate in methodology formulation for new and ad hoc projects.
• Assist in process improvements and enhancement of project methodologies.
