Job summary

ECLOF Philippines Microfinance, Inc. is seeking a Program Officer to manage client relationships, oversee loan portfolios, and ensure successful implementation of microfinance programmes.

You will work with clients, internal teams, and community partners to promote financial inclusion, deliver field activities, provide financial literacy training, and report on portfolio performance.

The role requires travel to client locations, strong communication, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in microfinance, account management, or client relations.
• Strong understanding of microfinance and financial inclusion concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of microfinance clients with regular communication and support.
• Verify creditworthiness and prepare loan documentation.
• Monitor disbursement, collections, and repayment schedules.
• Provide financial literacy training to clients.
• Coordinate programme activities with internal departments.
