Candy Corner Philippines, Inc. is hiring a General Accountant to manage accurate financial records for multiple entities and ensure timely tax and regulatory compliance. You will oversee accounts payable, payroll, GL reconciliations, and BIR e-Sales reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of general accounting experience, familiarity with BIR processes, and strong Excel skills. CPA is an advantage. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of General Accounting experience required.
• Experience handling multiple entities preferred.
• Accounts Payable experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit monthly Financial Statements by the 10th day of the following month.
• Perform monthly General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process Accounts Payable transactions and issue BIR Form 2307.
• Ensure correct withholding tax rates per BIR regulations are applied.
• Process payroll accurately and remit SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax.
• Process import-related payments and coordinate with internal departments.
• Prepare and file government reports including VAT, EWT, WT, QIT, Alpha List, and AFS.
• Prepare LOA documentation for BIR examinations and assist audit.
