Job summary

Nestlé Global is hiring an IMM & DPS Planner in the Philippines to manage integrated materials management and demand & production planning for co-manufactured products. You will coordinate with co-manufacturers, suppliers, procurement, and logistics to ensure availability and on-time delivery.

You will monitor inventory, forecast accuracy, and service levels, driving continuous improvements across the supply network to support launches and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely availability for co-man operations
• Develop and execute demand and supply plans (DPS) aligned with forecasts, capacity, and business requirements
• Coordinate closely with co-manufacturers, suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production and delivery
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, mitigating risks such as shortages, excess, and obsolescence
• Support product launches, promotions, and supply continuity across the co-man network
• Identify supply risks and recommend mitigation and scenario plans
• Track key KPIs including service level, inventory health, and forecast accuracy
