DPS aims to provide consistently short term finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines/ labour) and materials. IMM covers the overall management and efficient usage of working capital for Raw and Packaging Materials, whilst ensuring the availability of materials at the time of production in all Co-Manufacturing Sites, to meet the flexible demands of the customers and keep the overall cost at its minimum.
Connect with suppliers, brokers, and procurement to confirm delivery schedules, review pending POs, resolve price blocks, and address order discrepancies
Coordinate with Purchasing, QA, Technical Division, and Supply Chain to troubleshoot any potential supply issues, quality concerns, or technical blocking points
Engage DPS planners to ensure updated consumption forecasts and production requirements are accurately reflected in SAP
Execute and review SAP MRP results, adjusting plans based on demand changes, stock aging, shelf life constraints, or operational priorities
Generate daily/weekly stock cover reports and share insights with key stakeholders
Review vendor performance, flag chronic delays, and propose corrective actions in partnership with procurement
Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve inbound logistics, optimize materials portfolio, or redesign stock policies
Support initiatives around Lean, DMAIC, and supply chain optimization, looking for improvement opportunities that enhance service while reducing working capital
Validate that all materials required for the next 24–72 hours of production are secured
Update trackers, dashboards, and planning tools to ensure complete visibility for both IMM and DPS teams
At least one or more years of relevant operational experience at market/business level in at least one of the following areas: Factory Logistics / Supply Chain, Detailed Production Scheduling, Materials Handling, Demand and Supply Planning, Intermarket Supply Planning, Supply Network Planning
Vocational Education Production Team Lead
Experience in Product Lifecycle Process would be highly beneficial
Experience in Factory Master Data Management would be highly beneficial
Experience in Purchasing/Procurement would be highly beneficial
