Job summary
Cartrack is seeking an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician in Iloilo City to install GPS devices across vehicle fleets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. The role requires driving and fieldwork in Iloilo City and nearby areas, with a valid driver’s license and motorcycle ownership.

Qualifications
- Vocational diploma/certificate in automotive or electrical tech.
- 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience in GPS installer or automotive tech roles.
- Proficient in automotive systems, electronics, troubleshooting, driving, technical analysis, and client service.
Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
- Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
- Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.).
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
- Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.
