Job summary

Cartrack, a global leader in smart mobility solutions, seeks an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician based in Isabela Province, Philippines. You will install GPS devices, configure and troubleshoot, and handle field service with a focus on accuracy and customer trust.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ownership of a motorcycle, and willingness to travel across Isabela Province and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate in automotive or electrical technology.
• 6–12 months experience in GPS installation or automotive tech.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle ownership.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork across Isabela province and nearby areas.
• Proficient in automotive systems, electronics, troubleshooting, driving, technical analysis, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles.
• Configure devices and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
• Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics
• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially

Qualifications:

Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses

Minimum of 6 months to 1-yearrelevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer orAutomotive/ ElectricalTechnician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.

Proficient in: Automotive systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Technical Analysis, and Client Service

Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures

Must have a valid driver’s license and ownsa motorcycle

Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across Isabelaprovince and nearby areas
