Job summary

OMRON Group in Makati is seeking a motivated accounting professional to support financial reporting governance and IFRS compliance across assigned Working Partners. You will review monthly closings, reports, and variances, while collaborating with international stakeholders to drive accuracy and governance.

The role focuses on leveraging ERP tools and financial reporting systems, supporting internal controls, and ensuring high-quality financial reporting for the group.

Qualifications

• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to apply accounting standards.
• Experience in month-end closing, reporting, and analysis.
• Exposure to multinational/shared services environments is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati 1–2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly closing journal entries for assigned Working Partners (WPs).
• Review monthly financial reports for accuracy and compliance with group standards.
• Analyze monthly financial data movements and variances.
• Support month-end closing for timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide guidance on IFRS and internal regulations to Accounting & Finance teams.
