Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Rate Data Processor to handle invoicing, validation of tariffs and rates, and data management tasks in a fast-paced environment in Manila. The role requires basic accounting familiarity, strong numerical skills, and knowledge of Incoterms.

Join a globally connected team and contribute to accurate financial processing and reporting. You will translate tariffs and rates into standardized templates, upload into CW1, and verify outputs with requesting teams, ensuring

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic accounting.
• Comfortable with numbers.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Familiar with Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for invoicing across all activities performed.
• Report/monitor Low Yield Account and Negative GM.
• Coordinate with sales, counterparts, and OPS for the scope of work per transaction.
• Provide timely reports of jobs done.
• Ensure completeness of documentation and invoices from suppliers and counterparts.
• Monitor every stage of the invoicing process in the corresponding report.
• Monitor dispatching and collection speed.
