Job summary

IDEMIA Philippines Inc. is seeking a Profile Design professional to manage service activities for card personalization projects.

You will analyze technical requirements, estimate workload, plan development, configure products and test solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and production capabilities. You will coordinate with Product Design, Engineering, Quality and Management, handle change requests, guarantee product consistency across services, and support continuous process

Responsibilities

• Owns responsibility for the customer products technical setup and configuration (new products or change requests).
• Owns the review and feasibility analysis for new project specification, offers professional suggestions conform to industrial standard and mass production capability.
• Interfaces with different stakeholders during the Profile Design process, from customer request to validation and customer approval.
• Owns the responsibility of the full product consistency including compatibility of all the offer services.
• Ensures that the product configuration is in-line with customer requirements and production environment criteria.
• Owns the responsibility that all the internal development processes and guidelines are followed to meet quality.
• Ensures that the project and product design meets service-level agreements and customer expectations.
• Ensures the development respects quality requirements and IDEMIA criteria.
• Provides support to Engineering, Management, and Quality teams through participation in Continuous Process Improvement activities.
• Troubleshoots any technical issues during product design or mass production and follows up until fixed.
• Contributes to training and onboarding of new joiners with technical trainings on tools and technology.
• Works under close supervision and handles low complexity projects.
