Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a data governance professional to ensure BAU data pipelines are accurate, complete, and timely for regulatory and internal policy compliance. The role involves data quality monitoring, stakeholder updates, and end-to-end handling of data requests within a hybrid work environment requiring 3 days in the office.

You will collaborate across finance and global markets teams, resolve data quality issues, and support data-driven decision making for reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• High attention to detail with integrity and curiosity
• Advanced Excel; Alteryx/SQL a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU data pipelines and monitor data quality
• Support data-driven decision-making and stakeholder updates
• Troubleshoot and remediate data quality issues
• Perform manual adjustments for critical financial reporting
