Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer specializing in User Access Management in Metro Manila. You will liaise with IAM teams, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and deliver access management solutions through automation and integration.

The role emphasizes governance, policy application and service improvements to strengthen controls. You will contribute to monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement while engaging with technology, security and business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related technology role.
• Strong communication to work with technical, security, governance and business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating onboarding/offboarding, governance and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between Macquarie Capital IAM teams and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate application onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support governance and access review activities and deliver IAM solutions via automation.
• Drive service improvements, support operational activities and enforce access policies.
• Collaborate on system integration, monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Mentor engineers and participate in risk and control processes where needed.
