RecruitNest Consulting in Metro Manila seeks an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Associate to join our cybersecurity team. You will support the implementation and operation of IAM solutions, govern user access, and address complex security and data protection challenges.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and stakeholders, manage provisioning, access reviews, incident remediation, and maintain documentation and standards for IAM operations while mentoring junior

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 4+ years in IAM, cybersecurity or related security functions.
• Hands-on IAM experience with provisioning and access management.
• Solid IT security principles, controls and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell or similar) are a plus.
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals, work closely with stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex identity and access-related issues and security challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Monitor and maintain IAM controls to support data protection and risk management initiatives.
• Assist in the investigation and remediation of access-related security incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and technical standards for IAM operations.
• Utilize ticket management systems to track, manage, and resolve IAM requests and issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity, or related security functions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies, user provisioning, and access management processes.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Ruby, or similar automation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks, security standards, and best practices.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
