MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Senior ICT Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end project requests, from sales orders and contract setup through ordering, billing, and project closure, in a dynamic telco-focused environment.

You will lead the MNS Operations Analyst team, manage SAP-based project accounting and billing milestones, ensure revenue recognition and timely invoicing, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and finance to deliver accurate post-sales operations and

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in similar roles.
• Working knowledge of Project and Sales Document Module of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage MNS Operations Analyst team.
• Create project accounts in the accounting system within SLA.
• Support the Project Managers /coordinators by performing project accounting and administration tasks through the project life cycle.
• Manage contract changes, project variations, project closures
• Creation, release and management of billing milestones
• Timely and accurate implementation of contracts assisting in ensuring revenue is realised.
