Job summary

MERALCO is seeking an Operations Center Management Lead to develop and manage its ICT Command Center and proactive end-to-end event management. The role focuses on Service Level monitoring, measurement and reporting aligned to Meralco’s operational and strategic goals.

The candidate should bring extensive ICT lifecycle and enterprise systems experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with outsourcing partners to optimize ICT service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, CS, or IS.
• 8–10 years in ICT with cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise-wide systems (ERP, CRM, Asset/HR) and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience managing operations of enterprise-class applications and tools.
