Job summary

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is looking for a skilled Data Center Operations technician to inspect, monitor, and maintain critical data center systems to ensure continuous operations. You will manage UPS, PACU, fire suppression, and generators, reading blueprints and coordinating with teams and vendors.

The role requires 3+ years in data center or electro-mechanical maintenance, plus RME and/or TESDA NC II. Strong safety mindset and thorough documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Data Center Operations or Facility Maintenance (Electro-Mechanical).
• Knowledge of UPS, PACU, Fire suppression systems and generators.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Flexible, proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
• Certified as RME and/or TESDA NC II.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of data center critical systems and equipment.
• Operate and maintain electro-mechanical systems including UPS, PACU, generators, and fire suppression systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and schematics across various trades.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all maintenance and operational activities.
• Provide support during emergencies and critical incidents within the data center.
