Job summary

Ori Creamery in Makati invites friendly service crew to join the opening team. You will greet customers, offer tastes, scoop ice cream, and process payments while ensuring guests leave happy.

You will learn each flavour to explain them clearly to customers, keep the shop tidy, and close the shop properly at night. You’ll handle cash carefully and communicate any issues immediately, working closely with the owners from day one.

Qualifications

• Have worked in food, drinks or retail (cafe, restaurant, waiter, or store crew).
• Enjoy ice cream and can explain flavours to customers.
• Willing to be seen while working; glass-wall kitchen.
• Enjoy explaining things to customers; good communication.
• Work well with others and eager to learn the tools we use.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers: greet, give tastes, scoop, take payment, send off happy.
• Learn every flavour to explain to first-time tasters.
• Keep shop clean and close the shop properly at night.
• Handle cash carefully and report any discrepancies.
• Work with owners daily; we are at the counter with you at the start.
