Job summary

Philippine Global Communications, Inc. (Philcom) is seeking an IBS Engineer to plan and design high-performance IBS and CDAS infrastructure for malls, offices, arenas and large buildings.

The role requires conducting RF site surveys, link budget analysis, and propagation modeling to ensure optimal indoor coverage, plus installation, testing, and commissioning of DAS equipment. Travel to project sites and familiarity with NTC standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineer (ECE) or related field.
• At least 1 year of IBS Engineer experience.
• Strong understanding of cellular technologies and RF characteristics.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Familiarity with Philippine NTC regulations and industry standards.

• Resolve RF interference, dropped calls, and connectivity issues in indoor coverage areas.
• Analyze performance data and implement strategies to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineer (ECE) or any related field.
• At least (one) 1 year of experience as IBS Engineer.
• Strong understanding of cellular technologies and their RF characteristics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to various project site.
• Familiarity with Philippine Telecommunications regulations (NTC) and industry standards.
