Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Taguig is seeking an Electrical site engineer to conduct technical site surveys, CME surveys, and report daily updates to the RF Design and Optimization Manager.

You will design and plan IBS/DAS systems using IBWave, perform link and power budget calculations, conduct walk tests, and coordinate with clients to meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, grounding, and site infrastructure requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to project sites.

• Conduct walk test / drive test and optimization to ensure coverage and quality and meet client’s expectation.
• Responsible for pre & post implementation walk test.
• Recommend radio parameters modification for client’s implementation.
• Determine problems and make appropriate actions and decisions to solve them.
• Attend client’s meeting and RF acceptance with client.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, or CME-related projects.
• Experience in telecom network deployment, IBS/DAS implementation, fiber optic projects, or tower infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with telecommunications site standards, electrical load computations, grounding systems, and power backup solutions.
• Experience in site construction supervision, contractor management, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
• Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design or project management tools.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, technical reports, material estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
