Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a CME/Electrical Engineer to support site surveys and IBS/DAS design in Taguig City. You will coordinate with RF Design and Optimization teams to ensure optimal coverage and performance.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering is required, with licensed Electrical Engineer preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, plus field travel, are essential.

• Conduct walk test / drive test and optimization to ensure coverage and quality and meet client’s expectation
• Responsible for pre & post implementation walk test
• Recommend radio parameters modification for client’s implementation
• Determine problems and make appropriate actions and decisions to solve them.
• Attend client’s meeting and RF acceptance with client

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, or CME-related projects.
• Experience in telecom network deployment, IBS/DAS implementation, fiber optic projects, or tower infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with telecommunications site standards, electrical load computations, grounding systems, and power backup solutions.
• Experience in site construction supervision, contractor management, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
• Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design or project management tools.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, technical reports, material estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
