Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Telecom Site Engineer to conduct Technical Site surveys and CME surveys, plan IBS/DAS deployments using IBWave and AutoCAD, and prepare BOQs with power budgets.

The incumbent will perform field tests, coordinate with RF Design teams, and travel to project sites as required to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/ME or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, grounding, and site infrastructure.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.

• Conduct walk test / drive test and optimization to ensure coverage and quality and meet client’s expectation
• Responsible for pre & post implementation walk test
• Recommend radio parameters modification for client’s implementation
• Determine problems and make appropriate actions and decisions to solve them.
• Attend client’s meeting and RF acceptance with client

Job description

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, grounding systems, and site infrastructure requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering design software such as AutoCAD.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, or CME-related projects.

Experience in telecom network deployment, IBS/DAS implementation, fiber optic projects, or tower infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Familiarity with telecommunications site standards, electrical load computations, grounding systems, and power backup solutions.

Experience in site construction supervision, contractor management, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).

Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design or project management tools.

Experience in preparing project documentation, technical reports, material estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
