Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Field Engineer to support telecom site infrastructure projects in Metro Manila. You will conduct Technical Site and CME surveys, report daily progress to the RF Design and Optimization Manager, and plan IBS/DAS designs using IBWave, including link and power budget calculations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years in telecom or infrastructure projects; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, grounding, and site infrastructure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and project coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Technical Site surveys and CME surveys.
• Report daily updates, schedules, issues, and resolutions to RF Design and Optimization Manager.
• Responsible for IBS/DAS design and planning using IBWave Tool.
• Provide link and power budget calculations and BOQ preparation.
• Perform walk tests/drives tests to ensure coverage and quality.
• Assist pre/post implementation walk tests and client meetings.
