Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated is seeking an Application Lead to oversee the design, construction, and configuration of enterprise applications. You will serve as the main contact for project teams, guiding the development lifecycle and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of IBM Systems Administration experience, preferably in IBM Mainframe MQ and z/OS, plus proven team leadership, strong architecture knowledge, and solid troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration, preferably IBM Mainframe MQ.
• Experience leading and managing development teams.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• IBM z/OS Systems Administration experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application development process and take ownership of delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
