IBEX Philippines – Alabang is hiring a Bilingual Mandarin Account to join our customer care team onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential to handle inquiries and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, and to operate onsite from Alabang. Experience in a BPO is an advantage for career growth in a multinational company.
