Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in investment banking operations is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer and counterparty documents for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare and reconcile IPO sales reports and transaction records.
• Monitor pending requirements and follow up on incomplete documents.
• Support timely processing and settlement of IPO-related transactions.
• Maintain and organize records through document scanning and safekeeping.
• Prepare regular reports and assist with operational monitoring activities.
• Participate in testing and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support and backup for other team processes.
