Job summary

BDO Unibank in Makati is seeking an Operations Assistant to ensure that all transactions and documents are completed, processed and settled accurately within the required time frames, in line with the bank's standards.

The role involves back-office transaction authorization, processing of primary offerings, report preparation, and coordinating with branches for matured confirmations while remaining a team player and service-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Experience in operations is a plus.
• Good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision.
• Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented; able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all transactions and documents are complete, processed and settled accurately within the prescribed time.
• Authorizes transactions in back-office systems.
• Responsible for the processing, settlement and distribution of Primary offerings.
• Prepares Double Booking Report.
• Monitors and follows up with branches for all unreturned matured Confirmation of Sale and BCIC yellow copies.
• Acts as alternate for other distribution and settlement functions.
• Performs other related functions or new assignments as needed.
