Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks an Investment Support Associate to assist daily transactions across Fixed Income, Equities, Investment Solutions, and Multi-Asset PM units. You will book, monitor, and coordinate trades for AMTC’s investment funds and various trust accounts, and help with cash funding and settlement processes.

You will also support portfolio data reporting and ensure compliance through diligent document checks before approvals, while maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Math
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and analytical processes; able to work in a team and deliver results

Responsibilities

• Assists portfolio management in monitoring withdrawals and discretionary allocations
• Supports traders with portfolio data reports for analysis
• Facilitates booking of trade-related activities including primary and secondary market trades and money market placements
• Handles booking of non-trade transactions (in-kind contributions, asset transfers, reclassifications) and reconciliation
• Processes investment/funding instructions for retirement funds and custody accounts
• Facilitates booking of trade transactions across bonds, bank securities, long-term negotiable certificates of deposits
• Monitors and summarizes daily trading limits for traders
• Processes settlement documents for both trade and non-trade transactions
• Conducts parallel checking on documents before final officer approval
