Job summary

HOYA HOLDINGS ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design secure, scalable IAM platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and guide implementation, ensuring authentication, authorization, and compliance across systems.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, integration with HR and external ecosystems, and adherence to security frameworks while aligning with the company’s technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications preferred: TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, Azure/AWS IAM specializations.
• 5-8 years of experience in solution architecture with a strong IAM focus.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design IAM architecture and maintain solution designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into IAM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to IAM development teams throughout projects.
• Ensure IAM designs align with architecture standards and security controls.
• Coordinate integration of IAM with HR systems, portals, and third‑party ecosystems.
