Job summary

HRTX is seeking an IAM/IT security specialist in the Philippines to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance needs. You will build integrations, configure SSO and MFA, and oversee user lifecycle.

You will collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams, stay current on IAM trends, and document processes. 2+ years experience required with Saviynt; ForgeRock preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IAM/IT security experience with Saviynt required.
• ForgeRock preferred; SailPoint and Ping a plus.
• 1+ year in consulting/advisory or pre-sales of IAM/IGA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IAM best practices, security and compliance.
• Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining and administering IAM/IGA solutions.
• Proficient in provisioning/deprovisioning and app integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance needs
• Build custom applications, connectors, and integrations for IAM workflows
• Configure and manage IAM platforms, SSO, and MFA systems
• Oversee user lifecycle provisioning and offboarding and automate onboarding
• Define and enforce access control policies (RBAC/ABAC) and update as needed
• Monitor IAM systems, address vulnerabilities, ensure regulatory compliance
• Support incident response related to IAM breaches or incidents
• Maintain documentation, reports, and metrics on IAM processes and access compliance
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance teams, and vendors on IAM strategies
• Stay updated on IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to drive improvements
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance on IAM security best practices
