Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering Senior Associate to join our cybersecurity team in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end IAM initiatives, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience across enterprise environments.

The role focuses on governance, compliance, and security initiatives that protect critical business assets and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
4+ years hands-on IAM engineering, implementation and operations.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, tools, and frameworks.
IAM certifications (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity) are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity posture.
Design and implement strategic IAM solutions to protect assets.
Support governance, risk, and compliance related to identity and access controls.
Translate client requirements into effective security solutions.
Participate in cybersecurity projects that enhance operational excellence.
Ensure IAM practices align with industry standards and best practices.
Foster collaboration across technical and business teams to meet project objectives.
