Job summary

EY is seeking an IAM Specialist – Identity to join its Information Security team. The role focuses on securing access management, implementing identity lifecycle processes, and collaborating on security programs across global regions.

You will work with SailPoint IIQ, MIM, and Azure AD Connect while supporting a hybrid cloud environment and ensuring compliance with security controls and audits. EY offers flexible working and diverse opportunities worldwide.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Systems in a related role, with tangible, relevant, and demonstrated operation experience with Identity Management Solutions.
Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification, SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Responsibilities

Monitor health and maintain infrastructure on Linux and Windows servers.
Respond to incidents from monitoring alerts within SLA and emails.
Collaborate with global HR for data-driven issues.
Work with implementation and engineering for BAU issues and raise items to vendors.
Ensure production readiness and that infrastructure services are not interrupted after changes.
Handle Service Now tickets raised by L2 teams and maintain documentation.
