Job summary

EY is seeking an IAM Operations - Technical Process Lead for Identity Analytics to join a global security function. You will drive operational improvements, manage identity technologies, and provide expert guidance on complex IAM challenges in a hybrid cloud environment.

You will collaborate across IT and security teams, lead data-driven improvements, and mentor junior staff, while supporting senior stakeholders with confident communication.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in an IT operational support role, preferably IAM Operations/Identity Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID, with hybrid cloud experience.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and federation concepts.
• Strong Excel, Power BI and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience with ITIL framework and Agile project delivery.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analyses and drive improvements for IAM operational support processes and tools.
• Collaborate with service owners on technical matters and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Provide expert guidance on operational queries and ensure alignment with IAM technology services.
• Partner with IT Services Operations, IT Solutions Delivery, and IT Strategy to meet technical requirements.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements using Agile methodologies.
