Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an IAM specialist to design and implement secure identity solutions for diverse clients across geographies. You’ll work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to solve real client challenges.

Responsibilities include managing identities with Azure AD and CyberArk, developing access models, and supporting IAM platforms with incident resolution and testing. A hands-on, collaborative, and standards-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4–8 years of IAM, access management, cybersecurity, cloud, or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Hands-on knowledge of IAM: authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, governance, and APIs.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT, REST APIs.
• Troubleshooting, incident handling, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing secure IAM solutions to protect data.
• Managing identities and access rights with Azure AD and CyberArk.
• Developing authorization models and access control strategies.
• Collaborating to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate threats.
• Interpreting data to inform security insights and recommendations.
• Supporting IAM platform configuration, testing, and incident resolution.
