PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Identity & Access Management Senior Manager to lead client work on secure identity, authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls across enterprise environments. You will guide large IAM projects, steer teams through complex challenges, and partner with stakeholders to advance operational excellence in our Cybersecurity practice.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience in IAM or security.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients on IAM strategy and operating model design.
• Leading IAM initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Overseeing access governance, provisioning, and RBAC design.
• Directing implementation of AD, Azure AD, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, SailPoint.
• Coaching teams and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Translating identity risks into actionable recommendations.
