PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks an Identity & Access Management Manager to lead client workstreams focused on designing and implementing access controls protecting identities, data, and enterprise systems. You will motivate and develop teams, guide project execution, and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams within our cybersecurity practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
7–11 years of experience in IAM/security.
Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Responsabilités

Lead IAM workstreams across client engagements and delivery of access governance and privileged access control.
Coach team members on identity lifecycle processes and authorization management.
Review IAM deliverables, docs, and control evidence for security and compliance.
Coordinate IAM initiatives across Azure AD, AD, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk and Delinea.
Analyze identity architecture and access models to identify gaps and remediation steps.
Develop and maintain RBAC models and identity governance frameworks.
Facilitate discussions with client stakeholders on provisioning, authentication, federation, and privileged accounts.
Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes and automate tasks.
