Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical scope for hyperscale data centre projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires PMP certification, a degree in a related field, and extensive experience in data centres and international projects.

Qualifications

PMP Certification or equivalent is required.
A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
CDCPM or equivalent data centre experience desirable.
Significant international experience is required.
Leadership and people management skills are essential.
Experience in Construction and M&E environments.
Proficiency in IT tools including MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
Financial awareness of profit, loss and costing; accreditation such as CSCS/ECS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide health and safety leadership across the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with senior management and H&S teams to communicate clearly.
Deliver projects in line with ISO processes and customer expectations.
Support bid activities to ensure profitable and successful proposals.
Oversee pre-commencement activities and review scope to meet customer requirements.
Engage with supply chain and manage subcontractor contracts and performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks with the commercial team.
Lead project team to safely deliver within time, budget, and specs.
Maintain client relationships and ensure confidentiality and security compliance.
