Job summary

Aboitiz Power Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Mechanical Technician responsible for the maintenance of turbines and associated components to ensure reliable plant operation. You will collaborate with OMD and support groups to deliver results and contribute to community impact.

Responsibilities include equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, testing, and documentation using CMMS and RRC sheets. At least 1 year in hydro turbine repair is required.

Qualifications

• At least a technical/vocational graduate required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in repair and maintenance of turbines in hydro power.
• Knowledge of PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and SCADA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors turbines and components to ensure efficient operation.
• Maintains and repairs mechanical equipment and systems.
• Records maintenance data and supports RCA investigations.
• Uses CMMS/RRC sheets to document work and closures.
• Assists during installation, testing and commissioning of turbine systems.
