Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for the Ampohaw Grid in Benguet to lead maintenance programs and ensure reliable plant operation.

You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance, supervise electricians, and coordinate outages with O&M while upholding safety and quality. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, a licensed Electrical Engineer, and at least two years in hydro/transmission facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid license.
• 2+ years in electrical facilities in an industrial setting, preferably hydro/power.
• Knowledge of Philippine Grid Code and Electrical/Mechanical Codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Maintenance Program for reliable plant operation.
• Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Supervise electricians and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate outages with Operations & Maintenance teams.
