Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Visa Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Clark, Pampanga. Core duties include gathering and validating candidate documents, preparing visa applications, and ensuring strict DHA compliance.

You will liaise with migration agents, clients and internal teams while managing multiple campaigns and providing candidate guidance throughout the process. You will oversee documentation, timelines, and onboarding readiness, supporting relocation logistics and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Collecting, reviewing and validating candidate documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to visa lodgement.
• Preparing and compiling documentation for Subclass 482 nomination and visa applications.
• Ensuring documentation aligns with DHA requirements and internal standards.
• Managing audits and keeping records for compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between migration agents, clients and internal teams.
• Track application progress and escalate issues to ensure timely submissions.
• Support client reporting and meetings with visa updates.
• Provide guidance to candidates on timelines and requirements.
• Coordinate mobilisation logistics and onboarding readiness.
