A consulting firm in Taguig is seeking a Video Conferencing Operations Engineer to support and maintain enterprise video conferencing systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with video conferencing technologies, particularly Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams for effective conferencing operations. This full-time position offers a hybrid work setup, commission, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in video conferencing or collaboration technologies.
Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar conferencing setups.
Familiarity with Azure, Teams Admin, or Cloud Video Interop is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain enterprise video conferencing systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to video, audio, and conferencing hardware/software.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth meeting and conferencing operations.
Monitor system performance and provide timely technical support and resolution.
