A technology solutions provider is seeking a Technical Engineer to join their team in Quezon City. The candidate will provide technical expertise across various projects in the Infrastructure Solutions Department, addressing customer needs, and performing installations and maintenance of multiple systems such as structured cabling and CCTV. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering. Position is available ASAP and includes a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Communication engineering.

Responsabilités

• Understanding customer pain points and projects.
• Provide technical expertise through system designing.
• Support technical evaluations of recommended solutions.
• Respond in a timely manner to technical pre-and post-sales inquiries.
• Diagnosing/ Troubleshooting technical faults.

• Provide technical documentation and reports.
