A consulting firm in Taguig is seeking a Video Conferencing Operations Engineer to support and maintain enterprise video conferencing systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with video conferencing technologies, particularly Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams for effective conferencing operations. This full-time position offers a hybrid work setup, commission, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in video conferencing or collaboration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar conferencing setups.
• Familiarity with Azure, Teams Admin, or Cloud Video Interop is an advantage.

Job Description

Position: Video Conferencing Operations Engineer

Work Setup: 8–10 days Return-to-Office (RTO) per month
