Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ year frontend experience, 2+ years UI/UX design, a solid portfolio, and proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Figma. You will collaborate across disciplines to improve user experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years frontend development experience.
• 2+ years UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio showing JavaScript and SOLID design principles.
• Strong CSS, Less/Sass, and CSS preprocessors.
• HTML5 expertise and best practices.
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and clickable prototypes with Figma.
• Experience deconstructing user behavior to improve UX (blog posts, screencasts, etc.).
• Git version control proficiency.
• Comfort with hybrid work setup in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas with storyboards, flows and sitemaps.
• Design GUI elements like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes showing site function and appearance.
• Create original graphic designs (images, sketches, tables).
• Prepare rough drafts for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to fonts, colors, and images style standards.
• Update design systems.
